Mafaza Travel & Hajj Agency Terms and Conditions

Mafaza Travel & Hajj Agency (The Agency), as the tour operator, along with its agents, assumes responsibility solely as defined in the Mafaza Travel & Hajj Agency Disclaimer / Responsibility Statement.

The Agency, located at 210 E. Broad Street, Suite #206, Falls Church, VA 22046, serves solely as an agent on behalf of pilgrims. Consequently, it helps coordinate airlines, hotels, transportation, in addition to other services needed for Hajj and Umrah.

Therefore, the Agency is not liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay, or irregularity resulting from, but not limited to, the actions or failures of transport providers, tour arrangements. In addition to acts of God, accidents, equipment failure, government actions, wars, civil unrest, theft, epidemics, quarantines, regulations.

The Agency is not responsible for any losses or extra costs from delays, schedule changes, or other causes.

The airline establishes its own procedures, and any responsibility pertaining to those procedures remains with the carrier. Mafaza Travel & Hajj Agency and its affiliates bear no liability for airline-specific processes.

The Agency cannot accept responsibility for any participant who misses any portion of the program due to their own negligence, delays, or absenteeism at any point during the tour. Additionally, the Agency will not be liable for any extra costs incurred by the participant to rejoin the tour.

Reservation / Deposits:

For Umrah Tours: A 50% deposit of the package cost is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to the departure date.

Cancellation

For Umrah Tours: After completing the booking of the Umrah package, all cancellation requests must be received in writing via email.

  • The Airline tickets are non-refundable, and changes incur a fee of at least $300.00 plus fare difference.
  • Hotel charges/payments are non-refundable after final confirmation.
  • The Visa processing fees are non-refundable.
  • For cancellations received within 30 days of departure, the full deposit is non-refundable.
Document Processing & Handling:

Mafaza Travel & Hajj Agency is a private company:

  • We are not associated with any US or foreign government offices or Embassies.
  • We are not responsible for granting or denying documents or visas.
  • We are not responsible for the delay or damage of documents due to any consulate or other government office.
  • We will use US POST or FedEx to return your documents unless you send us a filled-out label on the carrier of your choice to use for the return.
  • We are not responsible for any delays or damages due to Federal Express or any other delivery service.
  • We are not responsible for delays or damage due to natural disasters, building maintenance failure, city infrastructure failure, or any other acts that are beyond the control of Mafaza Travel & Hajj Agency.
